Description
This wine is 60% Sav Blanc & 40% Semillon with some older French oak used in the maturation. The flavour profiles lean into light tropical fruits, lemon & lime with green herbs, & a hint of fresh cut grass. It has a little limey acidity & a touch of saline minerality. This wine provides a lovely textual experience. It is flows beautifully & is well balanced.
