This is a Sav Blanc with a difference. A traditional Sauvignon Blanc is fruity & herbaceous. This vineyard has place their Sav Blanc in new French oak for six months which has resulted in delicious lemon, lime & gooseberry balanced with vanilla, cedar & honey. A little more complex than your average Sav Blanc.
