Description
This is a special selection of Tempranillo grapes harvested from bush vines that are over 30 years old. The grapes are cold macerated and slow fermented before being aged for 6 months in 1-2-year-old French barrels. The resultant wine is full bodied showing intense aromas of wild berry fruit, black cherries and blueberry jam. The juiciness of the fruit is smoothed out with light vanilla and delicate milk chocolate notes. Ripe velvety tannins and a long finish.
