Description
Made from 100% Vermentino grape it is a texturally rich, with a fine creamy bubble. It has a medium acidity, with the flavours of citrus pear, green apple, rockmelon with notes of brioche. A long mineral finish lingers on the palate. This sparkling is made "Methode Traditionelle" (the same way champagne is produced in France). Rated 93-100 by Que wine reviews.
