Description
The oldest vines on the Home Hill vineyard provide the fruit for this Reserve Chardonnay. A low yield, mild-moderate temperatures resulted in aromas of white peaches, nectarines and figs. On the palate honeysuckle and creme brulee. The French oak create a delightful full-bodied, smooth, crisp, yet big mouthfeel and soft, subtle acidity. This wine has gone through partial malolactic fermentation.
