Description
A classic Fume Blanc style Sauvignon Blanc. Nine months in French oak produces a creamy, complex mid palate unseen on unwooded wines from this variety. The wine also spent 9 months on lees post ferment with no malo. This method builds layers of flavour and complexity giving a full rich palate. Balance is provided by juicy fresh acidity. Fresh pineapple combines with hints of citrus and fresh herbs.
