Description
Picked from selected vines that were relentlessly manicured throughout the growing period. Noticeable blue fruits, redskins, allspice, maraschino cherry and fresh figs are apparent on the nose. Mouth coating rich flavours of plum and boysenberry delicately glide through to a clear length of complexity. Twelve months in aged oak provides a firm yet delicate tannin structure.
