Description
This wine is barrel fermented. It has notes of dairy-ghee, cinnamon, yellow apple & rock melon with faint notes of stone fruits. Cool climate in nature delivering preserved lemon, lemon peel, white peach on the palate. This wine will soften over time delivering that beautiful creamy textural feel Chardonnay is renowned for. It has not fined & has minimal filtering.
